garments:

sizes are numeric and scale small to big. please refer to individual measurements for each item to ensure desired fit. review and follow garment care tags thoroughly. detailed sizing measurements can be found here. 

process/shipping:

“produced in-house” refers any garments or accessories made by our production team in hartford, conn.

once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when the order has been fulfilled.

stock pieces are expected to be shipped within 10 days in the united states. This time is subject to change due to production practices and quality control. please warrant additional time for international orders.

returns:

items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after the items are delivered. to be eligible for a return or exchange, item must not be worn, washed or altered and must contain original tags and packaging. to process a return or exchange, please contact us at info@demuerteusa.com.
